Rebecca Wilkinson is an art therapist and co-founder of Creative Wellbeing Workshops which helps people who are overwhelmed with stress and anxiety get some relief and feel better about themselves and their lives.  She is also the author and illustrator of Coloring Creates Wellbeing: The Desert Mandalas Coloring Book.  Rebecca lives between DC with her twin sister and nephews and Tucson with her husband and a couple of cats.  If you want to learn more about her work as a therapist go to www.creativewellbeingworkshops.
